Do you offer early check-in?

Early check-in can be provided from 9am by prior arrangement but is subject to availability. Please call us on +39 0473 491350 to arrange an early check-in.

How does check-in work?

Your holiday home will be ready for you from 3pm. A representative will be on site to hand over the keys. If you will be arriving after 8pm, please let us know in good time by calling +39 0473 491350.

Do you offer late check-out?

Late check-out can be provided up to 8pm on request and subject to availability. Please get in touch by telephone on +39 0473 491350.

Are there car parking facilities?

Our guests can use our outdoor parking facilities and underground car park free of charge. You will receive the electronic opener for the underground car park together with the apartment key when you check in.

Do you offer an additional cleaning service during the stay?

Please let us know if you would like an additional cleaning service during your stay (for an additional charge).

What is the Digital Guest Guide?

The Digital Guest Guide is an application in which you can discover information, offers and tips for your stay. You can access the Digital Guest Guide here. You will also find a QR code in the apartment, which you can use to access important information.

Are dogs allowed?

Your four-legged friend is welcome at Refugium zu Sanct Kassian on request and for an extra charge. There is a small area for dogs outside the apartment; however, dogs are not allowed in the garden or pool area for hygiene reasons.

What amenities are available?

In the apartment you will find a hairdryer, bed linen, blankets, towels, hand soap, tea towels and washing-up liquid.

How does the breakfast service work?

We are happy to bring fresh bread, buns, muesli and other breakfast ingredients to your door in the morning from around 8am. We accept orders until 8pm the day before. You will find the order form and price list in the Digital Guest Guide. You will be billed at the end of your stay.

How can I reach someone if I need to?

If the office in the Refugium is not occupied, you can contact us 24/7 free of charge using the "Büro" (office) button on your telephone in the apartment or by calling +39 0473 491350.

What is the Südtirol Guest Pass?

The Südtirol Guest Pass is included in your stay and allows you to use all public bus and train services in Alto Adige/South Tyrol free of charge during your stay. You also benefit from numerous advantages in the region, such as free use of selected cable cars.

How does waste disposal work?

Please separate your waste according to the following scheme: paper, cans, plastic (bottles only), glass and non-recyclable waste. Food waste goes into the black bin together with non-recyclable waste. Bins are available in the bin room next to the large wooden gate.

What is the swimming pond?

We have a natural, chemical-free swimming pond (30 square metres) in our garden which is accessible at all times. The depth is 1.40 metres.

What can I use the keys for?

In addition to the apartment door, your key also opens the front door, the door to the culinary shop, the large wooden gate, the small glass door from the terrace to the toilet, the seminar room and the Cantina wine cellar.

Is the tap water safe to drink?

Yes, our tap water is of drinking quality and comes from springs in the mountains.

Which payment methods are accepted?

We accept debit cards, Mastercard, Visa, cash and bank transfer.

Is smoking allowed?

We ask you not to smoke in the apartments of Refugium zu Sanct Kassian, throughout the entire house. Smoking is permitted on your balcony or outside.

Which platforms can we use to rate our stay?

Your opinion matters to us. Please feel free to leave us a short review – in the Digital Guest Guide, on your booking portal or on Google. We want to constantly improve and would be delighted to receive your honest feedback.

How does check-in work?

Your apartment will be ready for you from 3pm. A representative will be on site to hand over the keys. Please let us know your approximate arrival time and call us on +39 0473 491350 roughly one hour before your arrival. If you will be arriving after 8pm, please inform us in advance.

Are there car parking facilities on site?

If you are travelling by car, we recommend the San Marco underground car park, which is just a 15-minute walk from the apartment. Reservations can be made online at www.garagesanmarco.it.

Is it possible to do laundry?

A washing machine is available in the apartment.

Are pets allowed?

Pets are not allowed at Refugium Amoris.

Refugium Serenitas

Are there parking facilities?

There is a storage room on site for bicycles, motorbikes and sports equipment. There is a small, free public car park in the immediate vicinity (Via del Teatro). Other parking facilities are located in Piazza Vittorio Veneto or Parcheggio Chiesa San Martino. These car parks are subject to a charge.

Is it possible to do laundry?

A washing machine and a tumble dryer are available in the separate laundry room.

Are dogs allowed?

Pets are not allowed at Refugium Serenitas.

What amenities are included?

In the apartment you will find a hairdryer, bed linen, towels, hand soap, tea towels and washing-up liquid.

Is there a coffee machine?

Yes, there is a moka pot in the kitchen.

Is Wi-Fi available?

Yes, free Wi-Fi is available.

Is there access to the lake nearby?

The Spiaggia Fontanella beach can be reached on foot in 5 to 8 minutes. The small beach of Villa can be reached in 12 to 15 minutes and the Lido beach is 20 minutes away.
